SHIPPING POLICIES:

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. If, for some reason, your order doesn’t automatically combine or you’d like to purchase an additional item after you’ve checked out and before we’ve shipped your package, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

To help you plan when to expect your order, you’ll find an estimated arrival date listed in the product details for each item. This is calculated as the arrival date based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.

If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Tuesday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

Following shipment, orders usually arrive in one or two business days (Tuesday through Friday).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Arnold Jewelers will ship only to a street address, never to a P.O. Box address.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS:

Packages over $750 require Adult (21+) signatures and identification matching the package’s recipient. If you are not home to sign your order, Arnold Jewelers can ship your order to your place of work or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

If your order is being shipped via USPS Priority Mail^®:

• Delivery usually occurs within three business days after it is shipped from Arnold Jewelers. First Class Shipping is usually processed in 3-5 business days. Express is usually delivered in 1 day.
• Your package may arrive on Saturday at no extra charge.
• Arnold Jewelers will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
