COMMENTS: Crafted of 14k yellow gold, these earrings are Victorian Revival with an ornate pierced design. They are set with cabochon-cut marquise green jade. hanging just over 1/4″ in length, these earrings have a bohemian vibe with navette shape top. The earrings are posts with friction backs. One obvious meaning of the jade stone is purity or purification. And because jade is regarded as a stone that protects and supports loving heart energy, jade also symbolizes gentleness and nourishment. So, yet another meaning of jade is harmony and balance. Circa 1980’s. Pictured as received from a local estate. Excellent estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age.
