COMMENTS: Garnet is thought to cure depression, encourage good dreams and promote love. Changing from a dark blue in daylight to a reddish purple in incandescent light, color change garnets are incredibly rare and coveted by collectors. Garnet is a traveler’s stone—said to bring the wearer courage and protection. Finely crafted in 14k yellow gold. Circa 1980s. Very good estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age.
