Victorian era large sized cross pendant handcrafted in 10K rose gold in a geometric off-set design displaying three-dimensional Lilly of the valley flowers on yellow gold. These are so realistic and exceptionally detailed! There are pictures of the original dark patina. It has been carefully cleaned retaining the aged appearance. The attached large sized bale will accommodate nearly any necklace.In Victorian times, lily of the valley meant a “return to happiness.” In Christian legend, Eve's tears as she was expelled from the Garden of Eden turned into lily of the valley. The lily of the valley is also seen as a symbol of humility and a sign of Christ's second coming. Also symbolic of sweetness, tears of the Virgin Mary and humility.
