COMMENTS: Crafted of 14k yellow gold, this stunning pendant features a large pear cut natural emerald measuring an impressive 2.89 carats! The stone is pear cut and securely set in lots of yellow gold prongs. Surrounding the emerald are 18 round brilliant cut diamonds totaling just under 1/2 carat. The diamonds sparkle and shine brightly with great contrast from the yellow gold and vibrant emerald. The name emerald finds its root in a Sanskrit word, marakata, meaning the green of growing things. Is it any surprise that we embrace its hue at the height of spring as May’s birthstone? Emerald symbolizes vitality, honesty, and fidelity making it the perfect choice for the 35th and 55th wedding anniversaries. Birthstone: May Anniversary: 35,55 Zodiac: Aries. Circa 1980’s.
