COMMENTS: Crafted of 14k yellow gold, this gemstone ring is a solitaire style with a 6-prong head holding the rich purple amethyst. The amethyst is round cut and measures .85 carat. Amethyst is the birthstone for February! From its earliest discovery, amethyst’s sumptuous shade has cast a spell that extends from ancient times to the present. It symbolizes royalty, passion, daring, and dreaminess. February’s birthstone has a rich purple equally gorgeous in white, yellow, or rose gold. It is also used to celebrate the 6th wedding anniversary. Birthstone: February Anniversary: 6 Zodiac: Sagittarius. Circa 1980’s. Pictured as received from a local estate. Very good estate condition with minimal wear indicative of age. One of the prongs is missing the tip. The stone is still secure in the 6-prong head but re-tipping is available for an additional $35 if requested.
